Good availability
With normal demand (number of orders and order quantities), your order can be fully serviced on the
on the desired delivery date.
Still sufficient availability
In principle, there still sufficient stock in our warehouses is available. Replenishment is being delivered.
Bottlenecks are possible here in the event of unscheduled order quantities or high order volumes.
What does this mean for you?
- You can always complete the order with the planned quantity.
- In case your order quantity would not be fully available, we will contact you immediately for further clarification.
Not available in all warehouses
The item is in high demand and is currently not available at our central warehouse locations. Replenishment is on the way.
What does this mean for you?
- You can complete the order with the planned quantity.
- After receiving your order, we will check whether the item is available in other storage locations and will contact you immediately regarding delivery quantity and delivery date.
It goes without saying that we aim to keep all the items in our large range in stock for you with good availability.
But large fluctuations in sales order quantities or unexpected problems in the supply chains can sometimes mean that we cannot deliver part of an order on the desired delivery date.
Here, the following always applies: We will contact you immediately to inform you and to find a good solution together with you.
